We've Got You Covered
What can I expect from a Discovery Call?
Your Discovery Call is a 20–30 minute conversation to help you understand whether Andreia is right for you. We’ll learn more about your goals, symptoms, and what kind of support you’re looking for — and you’ll get a clear sense of how our memberships work and what happens next. It’s not a medical consultation, but a guided introduction to your care options.
How do I get started?
After the Discovery Call, choose the membership plan that fits you best and complete the intake form. We’ll reach out to confirm your first session and introduce your care team — typically within a few days.
Who is Andreia For?
Andreia is built for anyone managing autoimmune, inflammatory, or unexplained chronic symptoms — such as fatigue, gut issues, joint pain, or hormonal imbalances. You don’t need a diagnosis to start; you just need a desire to understand your body better and take a root-cause approach.
We will explore our mutual fit further during the Discovery Call.
What happens during my first session?
Your first session is a deep-dive conversation with your care team to understand your health history, current symptoms, and goals. Together, you’ll start identifying potential root causes and outline your initial care plan across nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, and mindset. It’s an open, supportive session designed to set the foundation for your journey ahead.
Who will be on my care team?
Your core care team includes a health coach or functional nutritionist who guides your program, along with access to our network of specialists for advanced testing and supplement guidance where relevant. You’ll have one primary point of contact for accountability and ongoing support.
What’s included in my personalised care plan?
Your personalised care plan is designed to support you across every aspect of your wellbeing — nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, and mindset. It includes tailored food and lifestyle recommendations, and habit strategies to help you implement changes sustainably. For Deep Reset members, your plan also includes practical meal ideas and recipes, supplement guidance and recommendations for advanced testing where appropriate.
How long are members recommended to work with their care team?
Most members work with their care team for at least three to six months to see meaningful, lasting improvements. Consistency and continuity are key — progress builds over time as your plan evolves with your data.
Does Andreia work alongside my existing specialist or doctor?
Yes — many of our members also see doctors or specialists. Andreia focuses on everyday nutrition, lifestyle, and habit changes that complement your existing medical care. We don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions, but we can help you apply your doctor’s guidance in practical, sustainable ways.
What is health coaching?
Health coaching helps you bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. It’s a collaborative process that helps you tune into your own body, build self-awareness, and make changes that last. Your coach acts as a guide — helping you uncover what truly works for you and turning that insight into small, consistent steps toward better health.
What’s not included in my Andreia membership?
Andreia does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, prescribe medication, or provide urgent or emergency care. Our role is to complement your existing medical care by focusing on lifestyle, nutrition, and behavioral strategies that support your overall wellbeing.
